ALSA: ice1724: Constify hw_constraints
snd_pcm_hw_constraint_list(), *_ratnums() and *_ratdens() receive the const pointers. Constify the corresponding static objects for better hardening. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
