kasan: define KASAN_GRANULE_SIZE for HW_TAGS

Browse Source 
Hardware tag-based KASAN has granules of MTE_GRANULE_SIZE.  Define
KASAN_GRANULE_SIZE to MTE_GRANULE_SIZE for CONFIG_KASAN_HW_TAGS.
