mfd: madera: Add missing of table registration

MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE(of, <of_match_table>) should be called to complete DT
OF mathing mechanism and register it.

Before this patch:
modinfo ./drivers/mfd/madera.ko | grep alias

After this patch:
