perf/urgent fixes:

tools UAPI:
 
   Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo:
 
   - Sync x86's vmx.h with the kernel.
 
   - Copy missing unistd.h headers for arc, hexagon and riscv, fixing
     a reported build regression on the ARC 32-bit architecture.
