media: ipu3-cio2: Use dma_zalloc_coherent to replace dma_alloc_coherent + memset

dma_zalloc_coherent has implemented the dma_alloc_coherent() + memset(),
We prefer to dma_zalloc_coherent instead of open-codeing.
