Function memcmp() is available in efi_freestanding.c. So we do not remove a
further implementation.
Replace all usages of efi_st_memcmp() by memcmp().

InstallConfigurationTable() may change the number of installed
configuration tables.
Check the crc32 of the system table.

Provide a unit test for InstallConfigurationTable().
A table is installed, updated, removed. The table entry and the
triggering of events is checked.
