faa6ce6061 net: fix phy_string_for_interface
commit ffb0f6f488 ("treewide: Rename PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_NONE to
PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_NA") broke the phy_string_for_interface function.
Fix it.

c677fb1e31 phy: Move PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_NA to the beginning of the enum definition
Move PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_NA to the beginning of the enum definition to
make it have zero value. This makes it possible (although not
encouraged) to test for invalid/nonexistent interface mode with !val
instead of val == PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_NA.

The comment near the definition says "Must be last", because when the
constant was introduced in commit 5f184715ec ("Create PHY Lib for
U-Boot"), it was used as the maximum value when interating over the
constants. But this is no longer true - we use PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_MAX
for that now, and so we can move it.

77b11f7604 net: replace the "xfi" phy-mode with "10gbase-r"
As part of the effort of making U-Boot work with the same device tree as
Linux, there is an issue with the "xfi" phy-mode. To be precise, in
Linux there was a discussion (for those who have time to read:
https://lore.kernel.org/netdev/1576768881-24971-2-git-send-email-madalin.bucur@oss.nxp.com/)

which led to a patch:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/netdev/net-next.git/commit/?id=c114574ebfdf42f826776f717c8056a00fa94881

TL;DR: "xfi" was standardized in Linux as "10gbase-r".

This patch changes the relevant occurrences in U-Boot to use "10gbase-r"
instead of "xfi" wherever applicable.

e2ffeaa162 phy: Include NC-SI in phy setup
Add NC-SI to the usual phy handling. This makes two notable changes:
- Somewhat similar to a fixed phy, phy_connect() will create an NC-SI
phy if CONFIG_PHY_NCSI is defined.
- An early return is added to phy_read() and phy_write() to handle a
case like the NC-SI phy which does not define a bus.

Because some phy wants to export some functions [1], export.h was
including the whole phy subsystem which pulls in lots of stuff that
causes some ordering and redefinition issues. Split out the only part
