efi_loader: export efi_convert_pointer()

Browse Source 
We need ConvertPointer() to adjust pointers when implementing  runtime
services within U-Boot.

After ExitBootServices() gd is not available anymore. So we should not use
EFI_ENTRY() and EFI_EXIT().
