mpc83xx: Fix errors when CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT is enabled

Browse Source 
Several node strings were not correct (trailing slashes and properties
  in the strings)
Added setting of the timebase-frequency.
Improved error messages and use debug() instead of printf().
