Remove CFG_EEPROM_PAGE* dependencies for temperature sensors

The checks for CFG_EEPROM_PAGE_WRITE_ENABLE and
CFG_EEPROM_PAGE_WRITE_BITS in various temperature
sensor drivers are not necessary
