sunxi: h8_homlet_v2: Enable USB Kconfig options in defconfig

Browse Source 
The h8_homlet_v2 has 2 USB host ports, one connected to the OTG
controller, one connected to the EHCI/OHCI pair.

Also provide the card detect pin for MMC.
