Add support for CONFIG_EFI_PARTITION (GUID Partition Table)

The GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) Partition Table (GPT) is a part
of EFI. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GUID_Partition_Table

Based on linux/fs/partitions/efi.[ch]
