configs: Migrate CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers. I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave that to maintainers. mx6slevk: Use PARTUUID to specify the rootfs location mx6slevk can run different kernel versions, such as NXP 4.1 or mainline. Currently the rootfs location is passed via mmcblk number and the problem with this approach is that the mmcblk number for the SD card changes depending on the kernel version. usb: net: migrate CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER to Kconfig CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER is the framework that the drivers are dependent on USB_HOST_ETHER. Use this as a menu and move the existing LAN75XX and LAN78XX options under new menu. Finally update the defconfigs that need CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER.
