arm64: zynqmp: Enable SPL for mini qspi configuration Wire up mini_qspi SPL with zcu102 for testing purpose. Normally mini u-boot runs with FSBL/SPL for certain board. Enabling SPL and configuration from zcu102 helps with testing. Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <michal.simek@xilinx.com>
