defconfig: ti: Add configs for OMAP5-class secure parts Adds new defconfig files for DRA7xx and AM57xx secure devices. These are the same as the non-secure parts, but with the addition of the CONFIG_TI_SECURE_DEVICE option set to 'y'. For now, just update the CONFIG tests. This also involves reworking the default for CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR so that we don't set it when we cannot make a reasonable default, as it does not cause any compile failures. Note: Some boards define CONFIG_USB_XHCI in their headers without CONFIG_USB, which does not meet the "depends on" in Kconfig. I added CONFIG_USB=y for those boards when converting.
