1705e6d6c5 Fix a bunch of references to tcpdump-workers@tcpdump.org to refer to the
new address, tcpdump-workers@lists.tcpdump.org.

Note that patches should be submitted on the SourceForge site, not sent
to the spam-trap patches@tcpdump.org list.

065843bbbe From Christian Sievers: add support for TFTP option acknowledgements
(RFC 2347), and add an opening quotation mark to the error message
string.

Don't use the system's <arpa/tftp.h>, use our own.

Update the README to reflect the current practice for submitting
patches, and fix a spelling error.

9af9d8d1e7 Crank the version up to 3.8, as that's what the next release from this
tree will presumably be.

81e55bbc07 Note in the line with the URL for the LBL version of tcpdump that it's
version 3.4, along the lines of what's done in the README for libpcap.

179eba1308 Make the introductory section of the README file use the same style as
the introductory README section of the libpcap README file, giving
information about anonymous CVS and other additional information.

Update to note that non-patch mail should be sent to
"tcpdump-workers@tcpdump.org", and that patches should be sent to
"patches@tcpdump.org".

Merge in changes from the tcpdump 3.5 branch:

"\f(CW" doesn't work on all systems - which appears to cause a
subsequent "\fP" to revert to the font from which *roff last
switched, which is often an italic or boldface font. Use "\fR"
	instead of "\fP" to undo a "\f(CW".

and other changes not in the main line.
