Yu Watanabe 4ca763a902 core/namespace: make '-' prefix in Bind{,ReadOnly}Paths= work 
Each path in `Bind{ReadOnly}Paths=` accept '-' prefix. However,
the prefix is completely ignored.
This makes it work as expected.
