In general, it's not very usuful to repeat the unit name as the description.
Especially when the word is a common name and if somebody doesn't understand
the meaning immediately, they are not going to gain anything from the
repeat either, e.g. "halt", "swap".
In the status-unit-format=combined output parentheses are used around
Description, so avoid using parenthesis in the Description itself.

This commit introduced an ordering loop: remote-cryptsetup.target was both
before and after remote-fs-pre.target. It also globally ordered all cryptsetup
volumes before all mounts. Such global ordering is problematic if people have
stacked storage. Let's look for a different solution.

As passive units only are useful for ordering things within the initial
transaction there is no point in ever activating them manually, hence
refuse it.
Units such as nss-lookup.target, nss-user-lookup.target,
remote-fs-pre.target, local-fs-pre.target, time-sync.target,
rpcbind.target are to be pulled in by the implementing services, and
that's there only purpose. They should not have any 'active component'
otherwise, so let's drop all further deps from these units.
This should help making the boot process a bit easier to explore and
understand for the administrator. The simple idea is that "systemctl
status" now shows a link to documentation alongside the other status and
decriptionary information of a service.
This patch adds the necessary fields to all our shipped units if we have
proper documentation for them.
We finally got the OK from all contributors with non-trivial commits to
relicense systemd from GPL2+ to LGPL2.1+.
Some udev bits continue to be GPL2+ for now, but we are looking into
relicensing them too, to allow free copy/paste of all code within
systemd.
The bits that used to be MIT continue to be MIT.
The big benefit of the relicensing is that closed source code may now
link against libsystemd-login.so and friends.
This separates user/group NSS lookups from host/network NSS lookups.
By default order all network mounts after host/network NSS lookups now,
and logind execution after user/group NSS lookups.
