travis: get python installed while building a docker image coverity.sh tries to run python, so it should be installed to make everything work. According to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FinalizingFedoraSwitchtoPython3#Current_status, python seems to be the right name of the package. Closes https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/9186.
