[README] Clean up and finish styling

Browse Source 
Unified the first badge row to use the same colors as reactos.org
Moved build related badges to 'Build' section
Fixed all links to use https and to be semantically correct
Replaced 'Tweet' badge with 'Follow', 'Flattr' with more general 'donate'
Added a sentence about donation
