d327a942aa iotests: Make 110 work with data_file
The only difference is that the json:{} filename of the image looks
different. We actually do not care about that filename in this test, we
are only interested in (1) that there is a json:{} filename, and (2)
whether the backing filename can be constructed.

So just filter out the json:{} data, thus making this test pass both
with and without data_file.

f91ecbd74e iotests: Use _rm_test_img for deleting test images
Just rm will not delete external data files. Use _rm_test_img every
time we delete a test image.

(In the process, clean up the indentation of every _cleanup() this patch
touches.)

((Also, use quotes consistently. I am happy to see unquoted instances
like "rm -rf $TEST_DIR/..." go.))

c64c3ae35b iotests: Disable 110 for vmdk.twoGbMaxExtentSparse
The error message for the test case where we have a quorum node for
which no directory name can be generated is different: For
twoGbMaxExtentSparse, it complains that it cannot open the extent file.
For other (sub)formats, it just notes that it cannot determine the
backing file path. Both are fine, but just disable twoGbMaxExtentSparse
for simplicity's sake.

b3763a195c tests/qemu-iotests: Remove the "_supported_os Linux" line from many tests
A lot of tests run fine on FreeBSD and macOS, too - the limitation
to Linux here was likely just copied-and-pasted from other tests.
Thus remove the "_supported_os Linux" line from tests that run
successful in our CI pipelines on FreeBSD and macOS.

1278dce792 iotests: Fix iotests 110 and 126
A recent patch results in qemu-img reporting the backing file format of
vmdk images as vmdk. This broke iotests 110 and 126.

11a82d1429 qemu-iotests: Improve portability by searching bash in the $PATH
Bash is not always installed as /bin/bash. In particular on OpenBSD,
the package installs it in /usr/local/bin.
Use the 'env' shebang to search bash in the $PATH.

Patch created mechanically by running:

  $ git grep -lE '#! ?/bin/bash' -- tests/qemu-iotests \
    | while read f; do \
      sed -i 's|^#!.\?/bin/bash$|#!/usr/bin/env bash|' $f; \
    done

c0625e8092 iotests: Add quorum case to test 110
Test 110 tests relative backing filenames for complex BDS trees. Now
that the originally supposedly failing test passes, let us add a new
failing test: Quorum can never work automatically (without detecting
whether all child nodes have the same base directory, but that would be
rather inconsistent behavior).

8df686165b block: Use bdrv_dirname() for relative filenames
bdrv_get_full_backing_filename_from_filename() breaks down when it comes
to JSON filenames. Using bdrv_dirname() as the basis is better because
since we have BDS, we can descend through the BDS tree to the protocol
layer, which gives us a greater probability of finding a non-JSON name;
also, bdrv_dirname() is more correct as it allows block drivers to
override the generation of that directory name in a protocol-specific
way.

We still need to keep bdrv_get_full_backing_filename_from_filename(),
though, because it has valid callers which need it during image creation
when no BDS is available yet.

This makes a test case in qemu-iotest 110, which was supposed to fail,
work. That is actually good, but we need to change the reference output
(and the comment in 110) accordingly.

bf22957309 qemu-iotests: remove unused variable 'here'
Running
git grep '\$here' tests/qemu-iotests

has 0 hits, which means we are setting a variable that has
no use. It appears that commit e8f8624d removed the last
use. So execute the following cmd to remove all of
the 'here=...' lines as dead code.

sed -i '/^here=/d' $(git grep -l '^here=' tests/qemu-iotests)

themselves; the only remaining users are sourced by check. So we can now
drop this variable from the tests.

527ab22a2a iotests: Add test for relative backing file names
Sometimes, qemu does not have a filename to work with, so it does not
know which directory to use for a backing file specified by a relative
filename. Add a test which tests that qemu exits with an appropriate
error message.

Additionally, add a test for qemu-img create with a backing filename
relative to the backed image's base directory while omitting the image
size.
