This is wrong. object_finalize_child_property()'s unref balances the
ref in object_property_add_child(). qbus_realize's unref balances the
ref that was initially placed by object_new/object_initialize.
This reverts commit f3d58385a6.

When the parent bus removes the child property, it takes care of
removing the added reference, in object_finalize_child_property().

Apparently, none of the bus owner give a reference to the hotplug
handler property, do not unref it on bus release.
Furthermore, a bus is allowed to be its own hotplug handler, which can
be seen in qbus_set_bus_hotplug_handler() function. However, in this
case, the reference can't be given to the property, or this will create
a cyclic dependency and the bus will never be free.
Each bus owner should manage the lifecycle of the hotplug handler.

Simplify a bit the code by using g_strdup_printf() and store it in a
non-const value so casting is no longer needed, and ownership is
clearer.

Move bus type and related APIs to a separate file bus.c.
This is a first step in breaking up qdev.c into more manageable chunks.
