tests/tcg: target/mips: Add tests for MSA logic instructions
Add tests for MSA logic instructions. This includes following instructions: * AND.V - logical AND * NOR.V - logical NOR * OR.V - logical OR * XOR.V - logical XOR Each test consists of 80 test cases, so altogether there are 320 test cases.
