Edin Kadribasic 5b292d5348 Remove fribidi from the NEWS item about extensions available on windows 
for now. This is because I'm unable to get fribidi library to compile
on windows.

information between streams (a kind of "session") and setting notification

a filter to either the top or the bottom of the filter stack for a stream.
