classes yet...
It looks like the current Sun JDK 1.2.2 won't be able to be supported.
Green_threads don't work with JVM Initialization, and Sun doesn't support
native_threads yet...
1) Restore the ability to build CGI as a shared library
2) Correct make dependency rule so that the jar files are included
3) Search for jar executable, and use it, if found
Left TODO: actually build the shared libraries
There is no reason for them to be the same, and IS_METHOD just cluttered
the data types.
- Overloaded elements should now use OE_IS_OBJECT, OE_IS_ARRAY, and
OE_IS_METHOD
- added support for externally built modules,
- improved support for in-tree shared modules,
- fixed diversion bugs,
- configure displays some informative messages,
- faster static build
(libtool isn't used anymore for compiling non-PIC objects),
- dependencies comparable to automake's without requiring GNU make or GCC,
- working make clean for non-GNU makes.

I've defined a few macros to help with module/request init/startup function definitions.
Basically:
PHP_MINIT_FUNCTION(module)
PHP_MSHUTDOWN_FUNCTION(module)
PHP_RINIT_FUNCTION(module)
PHP_RSHUTDOWN_FUNCTION(module)
PHP_MINFO_FUNCTION(module)
These will expand to proper function prototypes.
Now to specify these in the module entry, use:
PHP_MINIT(module)
PHP_MSHUTDOWN(module)
PHP_RINIT(module)
PHP_RSHUTDOWN(module)
PHP_MINFO(module)
I've updated all modules in ext/standard and everything from ext/apache to ext/db.
If you can, please update your module to use these macros.
