5664a358fa Allow the native MSSQL extension to be compiled with FreeTDS on *nix platforms. 
This will make the whole MSSAL API available on these platforms.
@Allow compilation of mssql extension on *nix.

991e30668f Patch for correct handling of DATETIME values. 
The patch is implemented with a parameter in php.ini controling if
datetime values are converted with the new or the old method.

4230bdd3ed Adding a new function mssql_next_result() allowing the query to return more than one result. 
This can be done with a stored procedure or by sending more than one select to the server.
