2db5c7de85 Do not reuse data structure for ibase_execute() results. 
Invalidate the results whose statement handle has been invalidated.
# EXEC PROCEDURE results don't need a statement handle, so
# the result doesn't have to be invalidated.
Fixed some add_{index|assoc}_*() bogosity
