- Reimplemented date and gmdate with new timelib code.

- Removed old date/gmdate implementations.
- Moved date() related testcases to ext/date/tests.
- Implemented bug #33452.
- Fixed testcase for bug #27719 - there is no timezone called "EST5DST".
