Darren Tucker 7f24a0e647 - (dtucker) [openbsd-compat/{LOTS}] Move the "OPENBSD ORIGINAL" markers to
after the copyright notices.  Having them at the top next to the CVSIDs
   guarantees a conflict for each and every sync.
