dd369320d2 upstream commit
eliminate explicit specification of protocol in tests and
loops over protocol. We only support SSHv2 now.

Adapt tests, now that DSA if off by default; use
 PubkeyAcceptedKeyTypes and PubkeyAcceptedKeyTypes to test DSA.
