upstream: Split per-connection sshd-session binary
This splits the user authentication code from the sshd-session
binary into a separate sshd-auth binary. This will be executed by
sshd-session to complete the user authentication phase of the
protocol only.

Splitting this code into a separate binary ensures that the crucial
pre-authentication attack surface has an entirely disjoint address
space from the code used for the rest of the connection. It also
yields a small runtime memory saving as the authentication code will
be unloaded after thhe authentication phase completes.

Joint work with markus@ feedback deraadt@

Tested in snaps since last week

upstream: Start the process of splitting sshd into separate
binaries. This step splits sshd into a listener and a session binary. More
splits are planned.

After this changes, the listener binary will validate the configuration,
load the hostkeys, listen on port 22 and manage MaxStartups only. All
session handling will be performed by a new sshd-session binary that the
listener fork+execs.

This reduces the listener process to the minimum necessary and sets us
up for future work on the sshd-session binary.

feedback/ok markus@ deraadt@

NB. if you're updating via source, please restart sshd after installing,
otherwise you run the risk of locking yourself out.

87f08be054 Remove support for S/Key
Most people will 1) be using modern multi-factor authentication methods
like TOTP/OATH etc and 2) be getting support for multi-factor
authentication via PAM or BSD Auth.

0082fba4ef upstream commit
Remove support for pre-authentication compression. Doing
compression early in the protocol probably seemed reasonable in the 1990s,
but today it's clearly a bad idea in terms of both cryptography (cf. multiple
compression oracle attacks in TLS) and attack surface.

Moreover, to support it across privilege-separation zlib needed
the assistance of a complex shared-memory manager that made the
required attack surface considerably larger.

Prompted by Guido Vranken pointing out a compiler-elided security
check in the shared memory manager found by Stack
(http://css.csail.mit.edu/stack/); ok deraadt@ markus@

NB. pre-auth authentication has been disabled by default in sshd
for >10 years.

Fixes logging of partial authentication when privsep is enabled
Previously, we recorded "Failed xxx" since we reset authenticated before
calling auth_log() in auth2.c. This adds an explcit "Partial" state.

Add a "submethod" to auth_log() to report which submethod is used
     for keyboard-interactive.

Fix multiple authentication when one of the methods is
     keyboard-interactive.

Add support for an experimental zero-knowledge password authentication
method using the J-PAKE protocol described in F. Hao, P. Ryan,
"Password Authenticated Key Exchange by Juggling", 16th Workshop on
     Security Protocols, Cambridge, April 2008.

This method allows password-based authentication without exposing
the password to the server. Instead, the client and server exchange
cryptographic proofs to demonstrate of knowledge of the password while
revealing nothing useful to an attacker or compromised endpoint.

This is experimental, work-in-progress code and is presently
compiled-time disabled (turn on -DJPAKE in Makefile.inc).
