This is required for rpcs3 project which defines DBGHELP_TRANSLATE_TCHAR.
Also this fixes the following compiler error.
error: cannot convert 'CHAR*' {aka 'char*'} to 'LPWSTR' {aka 'wchar_t*'}
error: 'SymGetLineFromAddrW' was not declared in this scope
