de8330ffbd removed references to cadforte which seems offline for some time. 
updated some of the software version numbers. added note on how to
retrieve the binutils stable branch from the cvs.

* mingw-w64-howto-build.txt:  Tidied up by re-formatting for 80
	columns, spelling errors, etc, to the best of my ability.  There
	still may be some gotchas and can certainly be improved more, but
	it is better and much more readable now.

962a6dcebe Add some comments about dll references in installation. 
Also add some notes about the content of the crt and headers. Additionally
describe the windows specific build options like DLL,GUI,CONSOLE.

5a16b93cca Add reference list of documents used to generate the header set (start). 
Changed some typedef enum's to have there elements in seperate lines.
