It's generally frowned upon to have more than one H1 per document in HTML4. So let's put the text directly inside the header. This means we can drop the flex-based centering, which makes things a bit easier. We also need to change the padding to rem instead of em, because the em has now changed. Mesa 7.8.3 is a bug fix release which fixes bugs found since the 7.8.2 release.

Mesa 7.8.3 implements the OpenGL 2.1 API, but the version reported by

glGetString(GL_VERSION) depends on the particular driver being used.
|
|
Some drivers don't support all the features required in OpenGL 2.1.
