Martin Roukala (né Peres) ac0a61e17b ci/radv: remove amdgpu.gpu_recovery=0 from the kernel cmdline ... This was set as an attempt to detect when the GPU got hung, and let our hangcheck detect this issue and kill the run. This however has not been working so well, so let's try without it.
