8f72268fc9 llvmpipe: enable GL compatibility profiles 
The two rasterpos fails looks related to GLSL linking, the vertex
shader is linked with the geometry shader which doesn't use any
of it's outputs so they seem to get removed, which stops the rasterpos
from working.

f30e4351de radv: Support NGG culling with new perftest environment variable. 
Currently we don't enable it on any chip by default, but
we plan to enable it soon on GFX10.3 when we are comfortable
with its performance.

RADV_PERFTEST=nggc environment variable enables it on GFX10+ GPUs.

69f3d3a29f zink: Enable GL_EXT_depth_bounds_test 
Available since Vulkan 1.0, and in fact already wired up, just not
advertised. It looks like we could make this dynamic state but this
works for now.

04c22a69f3 docs: fix sphinx-warnings due to lacking escaping 
There's a few more cases that needs proper quoting for Sphinx. Asterisks
and ticks at the start of words, as well as underscores at the end of
symbols, even when they have trailing escaped characters.

We should really find a way to robustly escape these things when
generating them.

435de835cd swrast: Remove the classic swrast DRI driver 
Following up from the classic swrast OSMesa removal in favor of
llvmpipe/softpipe, remove the classic swrast DRI driver.  It's unused by
any distribution -- debian was the last holdout until this week, which had
it enabled instead of softpipe on obscure platforms (non-LLVM and hurd).
Now that debian has switched, remove the driver so nobody can accidentally
enable it again.

02328637c1 freedreno: Enable GLSL 1.50, updating us to GL 3.2 contexts. 
We have been advertising 3.1, which waffle has issues creating contexts
for, causing coverage (and performance!) issues in piglit.  We should
support all the necessary features already.

Some new failures are caught by the 3.2 CTS, but they look like they're
existing issues simply not covered by the minimal GL 3.0 CTS.

ee80237218 mesa: Retire classic OSMesa. 
The classic OSMesa renders directly into user memory using
src/mesa/swrast, while gallium OSMesa renders using softpipe or llvmpipe
and copies out at glFlush() time.  This would make gallium look like a
worse choice for OSMesa, except that swrast is:

1) Painfully slow to render compared to llvmpipe
2) Incorrect at derivatives
3) Limited to GL 2.1 instead of GL 4.6

In my survey of OSMesa users, debian was the remaining holdout with
classic OSMesa in use on hurd and some rare non-LLVM-supported
architectures (sh4, alpha, etc.).  As of today, they've switched to
softpipe-based gallium OSMesa for them.

To prevent people from running the wrong OSMesa (to the extent that
running OSMesa can ever be the right thing), delete the classic
version.

580fbbb59a driconf: remove the redundant glx-extension-disabling options 
Now that we introduced the generic glx_extension_override option,
we can remove the glx_disable_oml_sync_control,
glx_disable_sgi_video_sync, and glx_disable_ext_buffer_age ones.

It seems like the only user for them was the vmwgfx, and only for
Gnome and Compiz which are covered by the default mesa driconf. This
means that it is unlikely for a user to have these options set in
their local driconf file.

53660e4c4e Add EGL xcb platform 
This enables GL applications to be written without any involvement of
Xlib.

EGL X11 platform is actually already xcb-only underneath, so this commit
just add the necessary interface changes so eglDisplay can be created
from a xcb_connection_t.

e67da8d25f llvmpipe: enable robust buffer access + GL 4.3, GLES 3.2 and robust buffer access behaviour 
Turning on robust buffer access enables GLES 3.2, also
finished GL 4.3 support.

The post depth coverage fail is expected, it's a test bug
This also introduce a fail in the invalid flag test that I can't reproduce out of CI.

10c4a7cf59 spirv,radv,anv: implement no-op VK_GOOGLE_user_type 
This extension only allows HLSL shader compilers to optionally embed
unambiguous type information which can be safely ignored by the driver.

This fixes a crash with the recent Vulkan backend of Path Of Exile
(it uses the extension without checking if it's supported).

5c5c2dd48f radv/aco: enable 8/16-bit storage and int8/int16 on GFX8+ 
With this, Doom Eternal should now run with ACO on GFX8+.

The generated 8/16-bit storage code is okay but the generated int8/int16
code is currently pretty bad but it works and apparently Doom Eternal
doesn't actually use it (even though it requires it).

5664bd6db3 i965: Implement ARB_compute_variable_group_size 
This patch adds the implementation of ARB_compute_variable_group_size
for i965. We do this by storing the local group size in a push constant.

This is derived out of the existing implementation of CopyImageSubData.

7b70502a5d radv: implement VK_AMD_mixed_attachment_samples 
With VK_AMD_mixed_attachment_samples, the number of depth/stencil
samples isn't always equal to the number of color samples. Adjust
the number of Z samples when it's different but make sure to have
a consistent sample count if there are no depth/stencil attachments.

Also adjust the number of samples used for fragment shaders which is
the number of color samples if mixed attachment samples are used.

Only enabled on GFX8+ because it's untested on previous chips.

All dEQP-VK.pipeline.multisample.mixed_attachment_samples.* now pass.
