Erik Faye-Lund	7d497e4e09	docs/relnotes: update internal references ... I'm not 100% sure if it feels right to update these. I mean, this keeps links working as they should, even if exported to something else than HTML. But it also feels a bit like history revisionism. It's probably the right thing to do, though. Erik Faye-Lund	4d066836e3	docs: convert articles to reructuredtext ... This uses the previously added scripts to convert the documentation to reStructuredText, which is both easier to read offline, and can be used to generate modern HTML for online documentation. No modification to the generated results have been done.
