Revert "panfrost: Z24 variants should be sampled as R32UI"
Commit 0406ea4856
("panfrost: Z24 variants should be sampled as
R32UI") causes a regression when depth textures are sampled.
It's still not clear how MALI_Z32 can work for for Z32 and Z24{S,X}8,
but let's leave that question for later.
