ci/amd: Reassign radv-raven-traces from zork to dalboz

With the addition of the radeonsi-raven-cdna-lower-image:x86_64 job,
zork devices are being overutilized.

To balance the load, we're moving the radv-raven-traces job to dalboz,
where one DUT per pipeline remains available.
