	* signal/signal.h: Move definitions of struct sigstack and
	struct sigaltstack into separate file and include it.
	* sysdeps/generic/bits/sigstack.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/sigstack.h: New file.
	* signal/Makefile (headers): Add bits/sigstack.h.
