* Makeconfig (sysdeps-srcdirs): New variable.
	(sysdeps-add-ons-srcdirs): Use it.
	* csu/Makefile (all-Banner-files): Use it.

	* Makefile (dist-selector): New variable.
	(glibc-%.tar rule): Use it.  Make $(dist-separate) tarballs
	contain one version-named directory.
