Update.
* iconv/gconv_simple.c (internal_ucs4le_loop_unaligned): Return __GCONV_EMPTY_INPUT only if input is really empty. Otherwise __GCONV_INCOMPLETE_INPUT. (ucs4le_internal_loop): Likewise.
