	* db/db/db.c (__dberr): Define with prototype.
	(__dbpanic): Use prototypes in casts.
	* db/hash/hash_log2.c: Add prototype decl.

	* sysdeps/generic/_strerror.c (_strerror_internal): Define with
	prototype.
