* stdio-common/vfprintf.c: Correct handling of unsigned short
	values.

	* extra-lib.mk (alltype-$(lib)): Put libs in $(objpfx) instead of
	$(common-objpfx).
	* Makerules [install-lib.a]: Find them there.
