Merge branch 'rs/mailinfo-header-cmp' into maint

"git mailinfo" used to read beyond the end of header string while
parsing an incoming e-mail message to extract the patch.

* rs/mailinfo-header-cmp:
  mailinfo: use strcmp() for string comparison
