Merge branch 'ks/commit-assuming-only-warning-removal'

An old message shown in the commit log template was removed, as it
has outlived its usefulness.

* ks/commit-assuming-only-warning-removal:
  commit-template: distinguish status information unconditionally
  commit-template: remove outdated notice about explicit paths
