Merge branch 'jk/git-connection-deadlock-fix'

* jk/git-connection-deadlock-fix:
  test core.gitproxy configuration
  send-pack: avoid deadlock on git:// push with failed pack-objects
  connect: let callers know if connection is a socket
  connect: treat generic proxy processes like ssh processes
