autoconf: Check asciidoc version to automatically set ASCIIDOC8

Check for asciidoc, and if it exists check asciidoc version, setting
ASCIIDOC8 when needed.  Currently it just runs asciidoc in asciidoc7
compatibility mode (see: Documentation/Makefile).
