Merge branch 'sg/subtree-signed-commits'

"git subtree" script (in contrib/) scripted around "git log", whose
output got affected by end-user configuration like log.showsignature

* sg/subtree-signed-commits:
  subtree: fix add and pull for GPG-signed commits
