Merge branch 'sh/pull-rebase-preserve'
"git pull --rebase" always flattened the history; pull.rebase can now be set to "preserve" to invoke "rebase --preserve-merges". * sh/pull-rebase-preserve: pull: allow pull to preserve merges when rebasing
